Privacy statement

The Rotary Club of Runaway Bay (the Club) will not intentionally use or disclose any information collected from any member, partner of a member, guest and visitor other than for the purpose for which that information was given and the Club agrees that it will not intentionally use or disclose that information for any other purpose, without the consent of the party providing the information or unless required by the law to do so.

However, the Club may disclose personal information about any member, partner of a member, guest and/or visitor to Rotary International, any entity affiliated with Rotary International or officers of Rotary International or affiliated entities, for the purposes only of promoting or advancing the objectives of Rotary International or the Club. Any member not wishing information about or supplied by them to be used or disclosed, should inform the Secretary of the Club in writing of their request.
